I am an unlikely entrepreneur. Before taking the 90-Day Program, I knew I had value for my clients and I had tremendous faith in the quality of my work. I was eager to gain knowledge that focused on my SPECIFIC business, and wouldn't be bits and pieces of generic information that I would have to spend a ton of time integrating and applying after-the-fact. That is what really appealed to me about the program--that you are working on your specific business the entire time, and everything you learn is in relationship to your specific business. You don't feel like you are wasting time. You don't feel like you are all on your own. The other women, and Elizabeth, are great sources of support and wisdom.

Before the program, I was hardly marketing at all, and I wasn't focused on which products I really wanted to sell and how to best verbalize their value and develop customers for them. I hadn't done any deep thinking about who my customers were, how to speak to them specifically, and how to focus on the TYPE of customers that I needed to connect with. I had a lot of ideas of things I should be doing, but I basically ignored that knowledge and focused on just making more things to sell. I was in a very avoidant and frustrated place.

The program helped me to focus in on which products are and are not worth making and selling. I've brainstormed a few replacement low-end/low-effort products that won't take my time, but will allow me to make sales at lower price points. Simultaneously, I've raised the prices for my handmade work, after carefully evaluating how much time goes into making each piece. I'm starting to envision my "soulmate" customers and figure out how to reach out to them and cultivate collectors, rather than random buyers. During the program, I was able to finally launch a monthly newsletter, write my first blog posts, and begin building an email list, after years of avoiding all those tasks. I also have a clearer strategy for how to market my work and my audience at the craft fairs that I participate in. I've come up with a lot of ideas for how I want to shape my product offerings moving forward, and I'm starting to focus more on my high-end, high-art offerings, which will bring me more artistic fulfillment (and hopefully also more earnings). I'm starting to be more strategic in what I do and how I do it. I am beginning to work through some of the blocks and barriers that I put in way of my own growth and progress.

There are still many specifics that I have to dig into further and develop after finishing the 90-Day Program. There is a ton of information to process, but I feel it will guide me in very profound ways moving forward. I feel like I will only get more out of it, the more I go back to it.

If you do take this course, you really do need to put the work in (remember this is an investment in yourself). Make sure you pick a time in which you are going to be able to set aside some of your other commitments, so you don't waste the opportunity. I STRONGLY recommend getting an accountability partner too, that part of the program was awesome for me! The assignments are meaty and multi-part, and sometimes when I started them, I thought "this isn't going to apply to me," but once I started filling in the answers, I found they really did. If you sell products vs. services, you may have to tweak some of the information a bit to your line of work, but you can always ask for clarification.

If you can afford Level 3, I'm sure the 1-on-1s are very valuable. I did Level 2, but I'm very glad that I had the Circles. They are like personal workshop time with Elizabeth and the other women in your group. Sometimes it is hard to actually get feedback on the work product you are creating for the homework, because most of your time is spent learning the material, but there are opportunities for that, and I bet that is something that you get more of in Level 3.

You do need to be comfortable with some of the emotional/spiritual side of things with WINC (by which I mean more Buddhist, New Age, mindfulness stuff, NOT religious) , because you do meditation work and emotional work in the course. But even as someone who is less into that side of things, I found it very useful (especially the meditations and some of the brainstorming about emotional blocks). The emotional/mental work is actually really helpful, and in the end, I wanted even more of it.

So, let yourself be open to all the parts of the program, even those that might take you a bit out of your comfort zone. If you are, you will get a lot out of it! I was very nervous about investing so much money (it was a lot for me) in this course--afraid I was being stupid, that it wasn't going to be helpful, that I would regret it--and I have to say that after the very first class, I knew I had invested wisely and was in good hands with Elizabeth and that this was exactly the course I needed. There is still a ton I need to do on my own now (because this is my business, after all), but I feel a lot wiser and more competent after having taken the course.

The WINC 90-Day Program and Myka's guidance are phenomenal! I've owned my own business for almost 10 years, and I so wish I could have taken this Program several years back. It could have saved me much financial hardship. I have a huge vision in the world and I've been pursuing it with my entire heart for years... but, even though I have an MBA, I still wasn't good at being my own CEO. I worked with so many coaches who shot from the hip. "Try this... try that... just go for it!" they'd say. I couldn't get any stable ground underneath me. Unexpectedly, the biggest take-away from this Program for me was the spiritual acknowledgment and support around the personal growth that it takes implement all that I've learned. This Program turned out to be a deep internal healing around self-love, saying "Yes" to myself, and having compassion for the process that it takes to grow my business. Before taking the 90-Day Program, I was struggling to implement a successful marketing strategy. I had recently spent a ton of money on a digital marketing program, which I now know was not the right strategy for my stage of business. I also didn't have concrete revenue goals or a model to achieve them. As a physician, business was only an idea, not a skill. With the WINC Program, I have been able to identify marketing strategies that are meant for new businesses and help build a patient base more quickly. I have been able to solidify a revenue model I'd been tossing around, and can now see exactly how my business will achieve my revenue goals AND allow for the lifestyle balance I want.

Before taking the 90-Day WINC Program, I was not clear on how to pull together my ideas and partial efforts of what I was/wanted to be up to in my business. I only knew that I had something inside me knocking loudly to be created both in service to others, and in service to providing myself and family with a much bigger income stream – a way to make significantly more money and still be in alignment with myself including my personal gifts and life experience conjunction with being an OT (Occupational Therapist) focusing on whole person wellness including my desire to promote a beautiful wellness products and wanting to support people in manifesting the best wellness possible in their own lives.

Through this course, with initially some really deep delving and guided exercises I was able to gain a profound clarity and confidence in what I really want and have ( my unique gifts) to offer in service, and am now creating a business model that supports exactly that. I am also coming into a more honesty about my relationship with money, and now have a clear system to follow for designing my product offerings, understanding how that can support my financial goals, for real. I now have a clear strategic system to follow, that makes total sense! And a new understanding in how everything we do in our businesses is connected, and the necessity for consistent persistent one step at a time actions in order to actually reach the desired goals. I am excited to be launching my first program in the spring, and from taking this course now feel I have a clear pathway to follow, knowing what the next steps are and how to keep it all working together as my business evolves. Truly this has been a game changer for me.
